Your wedding day is one of the most photographed days of your life. If you're considering cosmetic treatments to look your best, timing is everything. Here's a practical timeline to help you plan — based on 10+ years of helping clients prepare for their big day.

6 Months Before: Start the Foundation

This is the ideal time to begin your skincare journey:

3-4 Months Before: Targeted Treatments

2 Months Before: Dermal Fillers

If you're considering dermal fillers (lips, cheeks), now is the time. This gives 2 months for the filler to settle completely and for any bruising to resolve. If you need a top-up or adjustment, there's still time.

1 Month Before: Final Touches

2 Weeks Before: Stop

No new treatments. This is not the time to try something new. Your skin needs time to settle. Avoid:

1 Week Before: Final Anti-Wrinkle Top-Up (Optional)

If you know your treatment schedule and your last anti-wrinkle treatment was 3 months ago, a light top-up 7-10 days before the wedding ensures you're looking fresh. But only if you're an experienced client — never try anti-wrinkle injections for the first time within a month of your wedding.
